LUSH and The Body Shop Partnership will ensure:
- Natural ingredients will be used in the production of each cosmetic product, a list of ingredients used to make it will provided on the package
- A selection of 100% organic ingredients will be used
- The Body Shop will work with Lush in creating a new product line that is suitable for sensitive skin
- The new product line “Lush Body” will be featured in both stores, Lush and The Body Shop will both have a section that features the new partnered cosmetics, Lush Body.
- Updates will be posted on both of the company’s sites
- Surveys can be accessed through both partnering sites, in order to receive feedback from customers, preferred products will be promoted
- Ingredients will be mainly used from fruits, vegetables, milk, herbs and natural preservatives*
- Each product will come with a description, consumers can know what their product is used for and the benefits of it
- Customized and sustainable packaging will be used in the production of Lush Body cosmetics. Biodegradable material will be used.
- Organic fabrics and eco-friendly packaging is essential with Lush Body
- The new product line, Lush Body, will have a skin-care section that will be outstanding in quality
- Customers will have the ability to customize their eco-friendly cosmetic bottles with their name, in which they can come to the store and if they wish, Lush or The Body Shop will give the bottles a deep clean, and refill it for them, with a 10% decrease of the original price.
